Welcome to my collection of Linen Post Cards. When I was a child in the 50s my eccentric aunt Hannah sent Linen Post Cards to our house from her adventures. The simple watercolor effect they have gave me many hours of daydreams from her travels. I hope I can share a few with you. Yes cards and daydreams.

Jenny & Little Jack
I thought this was so cute. I had to have it.
I featured lots of Airplanes on my Sunday Post.
So today, "Transportation Tuesday" I thought I could
give you a smile with this little appreciated mode of transportation.

Poinciana
It's already that time of the year again.
Here in South Florida the Royal Poinciana trees
are coming into full bloom.
They are magnificent and so full of blooms this year it is awesome.
Went for a stroll with Pebbles and Milo this morning
(Mans best friends).
Saw the trees and had to rush home to get the camera.
Had to make a few snaps to show you
just how beautiful the Poincianas are.
Get ready it is going to be a wonderful Summer.

So, being in between Mothers Day and Fathers Day
I would like to Celebrate both.
I miss them so. Wish they were still here with me.

MINNESOTA
"Land of 10,000 Sky Blue Lakes"
Greetings from Luverne, Minnesota
Minnesota a perfect vacation land, from the Lake of the Woods, with its fourteen thousand islands. Rainy River and Lake on the north to the fertile plains on the south, from the rugged rock bound coast of Lake Superior, the jagged crags of the St. Croix River on the east to the Bread Basket of the Red River Valley; picturesque scenery, lakes that team with fish and an atmosphere laden with the fragrance of pine and balsam.
