Check out other CLOWNS at Sunday Stamps:
I learned about that stamp when I was researching my post.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing this stamp somewhere... I like the FDC (took me a moment to find the elephant - there's always an elephant!)
ReplyDeleteGreat cover and a happy clown is the one I always like best.
ReplyDeleteNice stamps to make the recipient smile! I have also visited the rest of the posts about circus, and I have enjoyed them. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful FDC, interesting contrast between the black and white on the left (beautiful illustrated) and the colours on the right, and between the serious look of Ringling versus the repeated laughter of the clown.
ReplyDeleteFun stamp and one which would have been great to send on a birthday card. I like the contrast between modern and old on the FDC
ReplyDeleteStrangely contrasting; the fine black and white engraving with the serious expression on the left, and the vivid colours of the clown on the right.
ReplyDeleteMust admit this is one of the cutest clowns ive ever seen! Makes me wanna hug him!
