Phoenix Y. M. C. A. Building

Considered "The Typical Mid-Century Y. M. C. A. Building."  Built and equipped at a cost of approximately $1,500,000.00, and dedicated February 10th, 1952.  It was the first Y. M. C. A. building to be completely air-conditioned.  It has residence rooms for more than 150 men, and operates a Lunch Room and Cafeteria on the ground floor.
