Welcome to my collection of Linen Post Cards. When I was a child in the 50s my eccentric aunt Hannah sent Linen Post Cards to our house from her adventures. Kansas - area 82,158 sq. miles, of which 384 sq. miles is water: 13th. state in size; admitted to the UNION IN 1861. State Flower - Sunflower. Capital - Topeka. Chief industry is agriculture.wheat being the principal crop and corn the second. Ogden Monument at Fort Riley, marks the geographical center of the U.S.
