I am without Christmas Postage Stamps.
But would still like to participate in Sunday Stamps.
I mentioned before I don't collect stamps.
But I have taken a liking to the nostalgic Christmas Seals.
They take me back to childhood.
I hope you will enjoy taking a look at a couple.
These two are from 1941 & 1945.
this makes me wish I hadn't so casually thrown out all those unused Christmas seals, year after year.....
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely, it's nice to keep things like that and look back.
ReplyDeleteWhat delightful seals, I like how they have the year on, so nostalgic.
ReplyDeleteI have discarded all seals as well. These are magnificent showing the year as they do.
ReplyDeleteI like the old Christmas seals too. I noticed a couple of unused 1958 seals a couple of days ago in my accumulation of unused stamps, and also a tied 1912 Danish seal on the back of one of my old Christmas postcards.
ReplyDeleteChristmas seals certainly count for this meme! I remember these from the 60's and 70's. Afraid my family did not keep any.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining in this week!
I like the Lighthouse!

So do I, the lighthouse stamp is beautiful. A bright light in the dark (and a dark era it was, here in Europe..)
ReplyDeleteA lighthouse & Christmas? This is the perfect stamp! ;)
