Very nice FDC! Forgive my ignorance, do you still have newspaper delivery boys in the US?
ReplyDeleteA couple of days ago I read about newspaper guy who helped an elderly around 4am in the morning and that help was truly a life saver.
ReplyDeleteCool stamps for everyday heros.

I haven't seen newspaper boys since I was a child. I wonder whether they still have them some places in U.S.
ReplyDeleteI have now idea if this kind of paperboy still exists. We still have home delivery here in South Florida but I am never up early enough to see who is delivering.
ReplyDeleteGreat FDC and stamps.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter is a delivery person! It is for a local afternoon paper that she delivers after school though.
ReplyDeleteBefore child labor laws, newspaper boys were boys who did not go to school.
That's interesting Viridian. Thanks for the info. Make sure your daughter knows she has an important job keeping us in touch with our world.
ReplyDeleteThere are newspaper deliveries in our village, but I walk to fetch hours. There now seem to be as many girls as boys doing the job, usually before I am up!
